Monkey and a Termite Mound

This is a true story. Friend of my dad got stranded in a very remote area while in Africa. Was without water but did see a monkey that was watching him. He took a small ball and put it inside of a hole in a termite mound. The curious monkey reached in and grabbed the ball but could not get its hand out with the ball in it and was there struggling to get loose. He captured the monkey and tied it up and fed it some salty crackers. After a few hours, he released the monkey and followed it straight to a water hole. Now you have one more way to find water. Animals usually know where it is so they can be helpful if you just make them good and thirsty.
