Far too many directions to go in. Advise on what to store, where to store, how much. everyones situation is different. Do you plan to hole up or bug out. Alone or with family. Might need to aproach it slower and be more specific.
At this point I would advise you to get pen and paper, figure out what your plan is by thinking about your safety where you live if you find the world in a pickle.
then people can help you tweek your plan, and help you get prepared.

to add to Hades post, also, while making your list/plan after you're "done" think like an evil starving person and imagine what you would do to get your own supplys, no matter how obscure. as well as our advice, that may help you fill in some holes to your plans.
