Hey, how's it going? My name's Samuel. I'm 20 and just getting into the idea of prepping. I ship off to USMC bootcamp in 2 months and will be putting my money towards preparing for disaster to keep my family safe. This is a bit problematic, because I have a lot of family, so I have tons to learn. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Warm Welcome from the Arizona valley folks. :USA: Buy what you eat, stock up when it is on sale. A little will turn into a lot over time.

howdy from a east Texan .... and welcome to the forum and family...there's quite a few knowledgeable folks here that'll gladly tell ya what you need to know,or at least point ya in the right direction and/or give ya a good idea or 2..and by all means jump right on in with any replies you have on a topic

Welcome from Texas. Focus on getting small things stocked up, and focus in one area at a time. No need to get overwhelmed. Prepping is a marathon not a sprint.

Welcome aboard! Some have already given some good advise. Mine to you right now, try to get more family involved in prepping. Since you have a big family they can help contribute too. It shouldn't all fall on your shoulders.
