I was checking to see if the USDA has come out with a new canning guide after 10 years from the last one (2015).
No they haven't.
But I did come across a website that has a really large amount of info on canning different foods.
Also mixes and drying foods.

I just found it surprising that the USDA hasn't updated their guide after 10 years.
