While Kim Jong-Il was still alive, Nat Geo reporter Lisa Ling, along with Dr.Sanduk Ruit of Nepal and the Nat Geo crew, gains access inside North Korea. Dr. Ruit performed cataract surgery on North Koreans. While interviewing one woman with cataracts, they asked what was the most difficult part of not being able to see. She said the most difficult thing was not being able to see Supreme Leader. When patients took off their bandages, and could see, the first thing they did was shout praises to their Supreme Leader for curing them.
