Nose bleeds

The treatment for a nose bleed is to apply direct pressure via pinching both nares.
DON'T have them tilt there head back or pack the nares!
How ever if the bleeding won't stop you can use Afrin nasal spray or generic equivalent!
USE "CAUTION" WITH TRAUMA. Just a tip/tric, remember common sense.

One thing I was told for nose bleeds, (martial arts) is to pinch your nose, lean forward a tiny bit for a few seconds, let go and breath normally. Through the few nose bleeds that I've got it worked but they weren't massive
