We're seeing The Northern Lights here in Colorado because of this. That's cool ! I have not heard of any negative effects either.

We can talk about this again next time, in eleven years. These cycles have been happening since the beginning of time, but I don't think it was until some time in the 1700's that somebody coined the term "solar cycle".
