Mav I think I read someplace on a Military news site that the US was providing some bullet and blast resistant vehicles for UN work in Africa. Just like we in the UK have been watch American made locomotives poring into the UK covered in tarps with logos like UNION PACIFIC on them!!

Have you all ever seen Finns drive? They can only drive in snow, they cannot move more than 10 feet in a straight line cos they are genetically programmed to swerve around trees even if there are no trees. It could be of coincident, the AG announced those decisions in 2015 and now in 2016 we are seeing UN vehicles being transported on American highways, maybe Silent Earth is right that they maybe being manufactured here for export? Never the less the AG announcement was disturbing enough.

Those type of vehicles have been around here for a while now(4 to 5 years), they are kept in special climate controlled storage warehouses, we speculate that they are here to extract the "elite" when the SHTF here.
