I think if they asked the other states they would be pleased to see the back of California, Especially as essentials such as water and power have to be imported. Also if CA seceded that would give cart blanche to other states like TX to cede as well.

not that I know all about politics but as SE said,it would give cart blanche to any other state aswell and I have a vague feeling DC ain't gonna let that happen..
