I didn’t ask how much more for the expedited rate as I haven’t really thought about where to go yet. Those islands are looking good though. We’ve had snow, flurries all day here. Cold and windy. Maybe not much compared to your neck of the woods, but bad for Georgia!
what about visiting Australia, great weather, great people , great climate ( cept in the middle) safe for Merkins unlike ALL of Europe ?

Australia has always interested me. I’d love to dive the Great Barrier Reef, see Ayers Rock, the only problem with the place is it’s on the other side of the world from here! I’m kind of thinking 5 days total time away from work here at most right now.

Peru and Chile, both marvellous places for assorted weather, natural history, great swimming, diving surfing, amazing history ??

Peru is an interesting thought. Seeing Machu pichu (?) would be awesome!

I dream of seeing the Southern Alps, the Atacama desert, Tierra del Fuego and the Gallapagos, Lake Titicaca and Machu Pichu would be the cherry on the cake, They say parts of Southern Argentina and Chile are supposed to be like the US was in the 1800s I would love to visit that region.

I enjoyed my time in Canada and the Canadians are so friendly! well they were 40 years ago.
Canada is probably where I’ll go, as long as it’s summertime! It’s realitively close and I have a sister I could visit on the way.

aye lovely place but I think our friend wanted some place warm and sunny, Zealand is like the UK.
Much of the north island is very similar to the UK. The west coast of the south island is very wet and jungle like. The east coast is dryer and warmer. Still not a lot of good beaches though. You'd have to go the Cook Island for some good beaches.
