Idaho. Washington, Wyoming and Montana I have seen it. I don't think anyone goes to North Dakota... lol Don't know about others but generally if they can pull doubles they can do this. His setup may be over length in some places and others may only allow this on interstates.Is that legal in all States? You don't see that in northern States. Years ago, tandem trailers on a semi weren't allowed around here.
