I'm not sure if you are part of the discussion but someone, somewhere suggested starting a thread and asking him if he finished your knife yet. Then ask him to email you directly. If you use the @SouthCentralUS feature it will catch his attention quicker.

He's catching you through your IP address. Can you check to using your phone? I'm not sure but that IP address might be different.
