My wife and I are working hard to get younger instead of older.We are living longer due to antibiotics and C-sections. Also longer does not mean healthier.

I'm a tad bit grumpy, without coffee.
I have several coffee pots.
I have old campfire pot granite ware I like the best.
I use it out in smoker/grill when I have no electricity.
Nothing like fresh brewed camp fire coffee.
If your coffee is bitter add a pinch of salt.

There is very little storebought coffee I like, and it seems these days almost none. I used to like Dunkin's coffee when I was traveling but lately it has tasted awful.
So I roast my own. As a bonus, it's significantly less expensive to buy green unroasted coffee beans, and unroasted beans have a very long shelf life.
Post a how-to roast?
