Pipe fitters?

Any pipe fitters in here?
I have a lay out tool that is slicker than snot
I lay out my boiler room piping on the floor mark the centers of the fittings then measure center to center. Subtract the make up and you have the cut
This tool makes it possible to transfer your center mark in the ceiling to the floorl

It's a bi-directional level , in its simplest form it is a plumb bob that can be operated standing on the floor

That would be great for any builder, they can transfer piping runs from level to level without over cuts and misses all the way from basement to the roof for main vents.

If you do central vac runs it would be a great thing to have for sure.

I have only run air lines & conduit.

It is gone, sold to the scrap yard for Pennie's on the dollar

Thirty years ago I bought an old cast iron pipe threader, that was a chuck for holding pipe.
Then you used hand held threaders, to thread pipe.
