In a cabin, on a mountain, in "Wilderness" Alaska.
That just happened. Between 200 and 230 minutes. Some federal government office. Just doing the numbers in my head that OVER three hours and nearing FOUR Hours.

Who the heck were you trying to call? They didn't have a call back option where you leave your phone number and they call you back?
Federal Department of Health and Human Services. I received a letter from them saying, it was about Medicare Part "D".

No call back option.
 
Would you be better off calling first thing in the morning, as early as possible?
Why funny? I’m sorry if I’ve bugged you Snowman. You seem quick to cut some people down.
Calling at an early hour was what was recommended to me and it did work then.
