Very yum yum. Chicken feet and heads make excellent stock before the dogs get them for treats. Can't buy chicken heads or feet here, though. The poor folk in Indonesia are lucky to get them on their rice.

Pickled pigs feet are gross. I am glad I am all growed up now, and don't have to face that on the table anymore.

I always wondered how they got the heads, feet, ears so clean looking.

A boot/shoe cleaner like that is a good idea.

I still remember the line "Soylet Green is PEOPLE!!!" LOL. My brother and I were taking pics of it, saying that, and laughing while other customers were giving us strange looks. People around here don't read much so it's over their heads.

There is a guy down the road, I will not call him a farmer, every year his Black Angus all stand in a single line in the shade behind a power pole. It's the only shade on the entire property. He does not irrigate the pasture so there is very little grass for them.

There are always cows under trees and cows standing in the ponds around here in the summer. I've been having fun watching calves in the fields, jumping around like it's the best day of their lives

THIS IS REAL ..... this brightly-colored ear of “calico corn” is not only real but also EDIBLE. The kernels look like jellybeans. It’s a rare strain of corn called Glass Gem.

I have a boat load of glass gem and other rare seeds, but no place to plant them now. The last crop I planted was floriani red flint and it made the best ground corn ever. I saved a lot of that seed as well.

This is some of the glass gem we grew last year. Not the same colors, but still looks good.

It would seem Tom Bodett has gotten grumpy in his old age… hates noisy neighbors. Only one person may stay overnight now.

This was my favorite cheap hotel in the big city last night, thought this was funny as heck. The sign was frozen like this, not scrolling.
