There have been reports that ISIS has detailed instructions for making an aerosolized version of bubonic plague. The US and the Russians developed the technology in the 50's and 60's, what remains unknown is if ISIS has the capability of making and delivering such a bomb. Bubonic plague is also a concern if we experience a collapse or pandemic. There are a few cases of plague in the US and Canada every year, and the potential for an epidemic of plague exists if flea infested rodents make their way to areas of human habitation.
