Interesting first post problem. I didn't bother to read the other answers so here's my thoughts. First off it depends on the state you live in & the person you are. By that I mean that in some state you have no rights & nothing you can do "normally". Then we get to the person you are. Me, I'm old & I don't generally give a damn. I'd open up with Hi, I sorry to tell you that you're trespassing on my property. What they said in replay would affect my reply. A reply of "Sorry but I'll leave" would get a replay of "No problem, have a good day". A reply of "get lost" would get a reply something like "Oh wow, my land must be even better than I realized if your willing to die to see it, by the way are you armed?". And here's the kicker that they should realize, again I'm old & I'm going to die fairly soon, no matter what. So does it matter if I die from a heart attack, smoking, old age or in an electric chair? If they don't care, neither do I.

BTW my BIL has similar problems (also hunters). He escorts people off his land with a 44 magnum (always on his hip). And he lives in a "liberal" state where he has almost no property rights. But he's been on borrowed time (as in of dying early) since he was 12 years old.

Yea, you may want to read back a little. My first post was about my problem neighbors. My second post stated that the problem neighbors are Mexico & Canada.
