From a phone app this plant is identified as Spathiphyllum.

As you can see in the pictures, it's sprouting out in many places.

Do we need to prune and remove what I would call sucker sprouts to enhance better growth, or let this go?

And, we're not sure of the size at maturity.

Peace Lilly!!😃 No, don't trim it!! If you ever get brown tips you can cut the brown off, otherwise no pruning is necessary! In fact they prefer slightly root bound soil! Lots of light, damp soil! It will get full/thick with beautiful foliage! Young plants don't bloom as often, your's looks young, so patience! The bright light and damp soil will help it bloom! VERY TOXIC TO PETS!!

It does receive a lot of indirect light and we did notice how it likes moist soil.

It gets a vinegar water mixture sprayed twice a week to kill the gnat eggs and regular watered two to three times a week.

No pets currently but that's good know for sure.

No pruning, gotcha, and thank you for your help.

Not enough bright light will slow down blooming!! But in the picture it seems to be in a bright enough place!!
