Question for Guys with Moustaches

someone sent me this photo as a sort of joke but it made me just wonder--like what the heck?
ive dated giuys with moustaches, beards, got family with them, never thought much on them. got no problem but this one just.well---never seen nothing like this


it is the famous Friedrich Nietzsche dude
so--ok--how the heck you eat soup> or spaghetti or Anything---how do y ou kiss somebody---brush your teeth? this kinda seems a bit much.
so im a bit curious how you moustach guys do this...... id this for real? did he lose a bet or something?

I've had a moustache since I was 19 or 20. But I was in the miliary so there were rules. The tips of the hair can not extend past the top of the lip. After I retired I said what the heck & let my hair grow along with my moustache......For about 2 weeks. I couldn't stand it so I'm back to being 35-10 (standards) with my stach & close to it with my hair. I have NO IDEA how anyone wears something like your example.

I now have my hair passing my shoulders and my beard even with my man boobs. My stash is kept trimmed around my mouth just enough not to interfere with my favorite past time, meals. Otherwise I would have a decent hair cut with a Fu Manchu. A lot of people don't know what that is anymore so I describe it and they say O a Wyatt Earp, ahhh ok.

Mine gets out of hand once in a while, to where soups and saucy stuff require a side comb, or a to the lip trim.

Plenty of early people with huge mustaches like that. It was also seen as being masculine. How old are these cookies? Never mind I can dust them when they go in, thus the cookie duster was born

different time frames in history and cultures are pretty interesting as to what was considered attractive.

i wonder what his wife thought.. like did she ever slip him a micky after dinner to get him to pass out and she trimmed it now and then?

I trim my mustache and beard as often as I look in mirror.

I am pretty close to that. When I can feel it below my lip, it is time to trim. I have had a moustache for over 50 years. In college it was a Fu Manchu. Now it is about corner of the mouth. I could never stand a moustache like Nietzche.

I have facial hair but keep it neat and trimmed at all times. I look the same as I did yesterday, last month, 3 months ago, etc. I would go nuts having that bristle brush on my face.
