Let us know how long it'll last! A few heavy rains will give it a test. I'm wondering if the chemicals act as a cleaner or polish.

Yep- also hand sanitizer works good for for build up in your cars exterior. It'll strip everything off safely just make sure you rinse it good and protect it with some wax when you're done.

Avon Skin so Soft is supposed to be a good mosquito repellent, but it is more of a lotion, I think.

My experience was Avon Skin so Soft was more like a ...sauce... than a lotion let alone a repellent..

A small sprits of Deet product will kill a thistle with in the hour..

I am a mosquito magnet. DEET is the only thing that works.

Ya know, we have two older vehicles. Our headlights have never turned hazy. I wonder if keeping the car in the shed has anything to do with it?

I also know that you don't want to get DEET mosquito repellent anywheres near two objects that you might have on you: plastic eyeglass lenses (prescription and sunglasses), as well as wristwatches with plastic bevels.

I learned something today, did you know that if you spray your headlights with Rapel mosquito repellent with 40% deet. Then wipe with a clean rag with elbow grease, the white Haze will go away
Pearl drops will do it as well. It'll also do a custom-grade action job on a revolver!
I'm addicted to deet! It works? Remember when it was banned, now it's 40% ??? What the heck??
It stayed available in army surplus stores the whole time, I had a bottle from the Vietnam War not long back, but it still ran the little suckers off!

deet.pngIt used to be a buck.
