Reusing and Recycling plastic pots

If you're trying to reduce amount of stuff you throw away, when you buy vegetable plants, or trees, flowers, what do you do with all the plastic pots?
Have you ever tried to return them to a seller, or inquire of any nurseries if they want them?
I keep most and reuse them for planting anything, but there are too many.
Maybe some of you start plants from seed and sell the plants...?

Most nurseries will take them back. They have to purchase them each year.

I've got stacks of all kinds of sizes. Reuse some, but no where near all of them. A few do blow out every year.

I have an old freezer that I store mine in, just to keep the place picked up.

I reuse mine because I mostly seed everything I grow. Last year I only bought sweet potato slips and a couple of red cabbage plants.
