Poor kitty. I go swimming three times a week to try to lose weight. The cat is way cuter than me.

Our Alice was 13 pounds last year at her vet visit. I got her down to 9 in a few months by giving her a 1/4 cup wet cat food twice a day. The vet said dry food is full of carbs cats can't digest and is turned to sugars and fat.

Our cat likes water, she loves attacking it out of the hose, in the fountain, etc.

One of our new kittens:

Mama cat had her litter under our carport. 2 kits got adopted, 2 stayed here, mom is now spayed, and the kittens get their last shots next week and they and mom will live inside.

Old man cat has to have a tall cup of water on the end table in between our recliners. If it's not there, he'll drink yours. Sometimes he does anyway.

Last time I was at the beach, Greenpeace showed up and tried to drag me back into the water.
