I'm trying this potion for overall health and it's good for inflammation for what I hear.
About..2 cups fresh orange juice
About a inch n half chopped up ginger root
One juiced lemon or lime
One heaping tablespoon of turmeric
Water sufficient for blending..
Blend well in blender
Use a strainer to strain out big chunks of ginger..unless you really like ginger..
Put in a container in fridge..good for two weeks in fridge
Take a shot daily.
I was going to add the collegian I have but it's a nasty nasty taste. Unfortunately, it isnt flavorless..
Anyways..I'm going to try this for awhile n see what magic it has because I'm always feeling beat up somewhere n it's better than a prescription.
