Can you even imagine what that poor mom went through emotionally?
I remember one of my older ladies I cleaned for many years ago telling me about when her husband went to war! She had three small boys at the time and they were dairy farmers! She had a lot of her plate! She said she would get an occasional letter, but it might be from three months earlier!! I can't even imagine how these families held on while their men were risking it all for this country!!
