I stole an idea from the outdoor BBQ joints and the meat n three, I smashed another bulb with some Jalapeno chunks and dropped it into vinegar, let us see if it's as good as the lemon!
 
I like the purple skinned garlic, to me it has a buttery flavor with a garlic bight, trouble is I've had a hard time getting it to grow around here. However, I do have some small bulb garlic that seems to be doing okay in one of my raised beds.
 
I'm going to mince a few bulbs with some roasted peppers of various kinds, dry roast them on the George Foreman and can them in boiling olive oil.
