The Typhoons and Intense Rains are here

As we all are aware, we have begun experiencing very strong rains the past few days. In fact, last year was the first (as to I am aware of) time a Habagat caused a major flooding.

Based on statistics, the strong typhoons come when we are in the range of M to T in the Naming Conventions. We have just finished Letter I (Isang).

Time to begin bracing ourselves and taking inventory of our stocks.

We're in Mindanao and the superstorms usually pass by to the North of us, been here 5 yrs. now and no great Calamities except when Sendong on december 2011, when a dam broke and our house was flooded, so we did loose a lot off things that could all be replaced but no damage directly from the typhoon.
