Yes, the 770 is on the smaller side of that lineup. I chose it because of its small size as anything much bigger would be too big for the woods trails and much heavier on the the lawn. I already leave divots in the yard unless its bone hard when driving on it.

The neighbor has a JD4052 that's available anytime I need something bigger.

First... G'day Zaydruiz.... Please post a bit in the ..new here... area about yourself.. I also follow the AusPrep forum.. It is quite interesting..

I have had an early 1990s JD855 and a 2015 JD2032R compact tractors.. Both on loaded turf tires.. Both were absolute brutes for power for there weight.. Handy work savers to the max.. The only problem with the older tractor was when you got a dedicated attachment, like a mid mount mower, front snow blower, blade, broom or the like it was extremely hard to find all the CORRECT mounting hardware to make it work..

I never went with OEM/dedicated attachments (except the loader of course).
I have the mid-PTO (for a mower or whatever) but have never used it. All my attachments must be 3-point/rear PTO attachments.

I added a 3rd hydraulic line on my tractor for an 8 foot front snow plow. My current tractor is a 2019 JD 5065E. Sometimes I wish I had a larger tractor, like a 100 hp or larger, but most of the time my little tractor works fine. Although I have turned it over on its side a couple times.

Had a 3000 Ford traded it for a 4000 Ford at least 15 years ago

Love those 6 foot Woods Bushogs you can set them up to cut like a lawn mower they are so well built.

The 5 foot one I have is as old as the Ford Tractor and still cuts like that I have shimmed the driven gear and tightened the driver collar once and I have worn out three sets of bottom skids that were 1/2" Tempered steel and it is ready for the next set as soon as grass is done for the year.
