Archive.org has a LOT of reference manuals, field guides, survival manuals, etc.

I have some of these manuals that I bought for a really reasonable price at a military surplus shop. So for anyone that wants a hard copy and doesn't want to spend the money printing it all out, check out your local surplus shop. Plus, you might find some other manuals there that you didn't know you wanted.
