But even so, cutting back spending is a good thing, right? Our debt did increase tremendously with Biden. Trump has been in office a few weeks and is cutting spending. I don't make excuses for Biden or Trump or any politician that spends money they shouldn't. They are "supposed" to be working for us, don't you agree?

By cheating in 2020 and separating his terms the dems shot themselves in the foot, he is much wiser this time around, he had an extra four years to prepare his plan.

I thought about starting a thread on DOGE. Should I have?
Watching the protests over DOGE doing it's job, and I never thought about how many of the rich people up north, live off a fat guvment paycheck, sending our tax dollars overseas to other countries.

Well the richest president we’ve ever had is being helped by the richest man in the world to identify issues in government spending. Seems like a good thing to me. Watching the naysayers kick and scream is funny. Watching the never trumpers spew third grade level critiques such as “but muh price of eggs and gas” and “this isn’t helping the deficit” is also funny. Ignorance and corruption on full display…going to be fun to so I’ll keep watching this.

I will give credit to those who handled Biden, they have laid out a plan for the republicans to follow. It’s the Nike inspired “Just do it” game plan. Decide what to do and do it. If reversed in court, change wording of plan and keep doing it. It’s like student loan forgiveness. Just do it. Go to court, lose, then just keep doing it. Brilliant. Take down USAID, do it. If you lose in court, keep doing it…
