That's been going on for a long time. Californians started moving out in the early 60's to Oregon and Washington. They've completely ruined both States. Now they're working on ruining Montana and Idaho. Californians and (urban) Texans have pretty much wasted Colorado too. City f&$#s move out of the big cities to escape the big city problems. But they always end up changing the place they move to, in to the place they left. I grew up in Oregon and loved it there. But when the Californians moved in they drove up property values so high I couldn't afford to buy land any more. Then they changed it from a conservative state to a liberal socialist state.
