Video - 2 men on hydrofoils here escorted by large pod of dolphins

I hope this is the right forum to post this. Sort of a human interest thing. A couple of young men here were testing out their new high speed hydrofoils / hydroflyers on Howe Sound and they were accompanied by a big pod of dolphins who joined in on the fun. They caught it all on video and sent it to the news stations today.

That’s cool. I saw where a super pod of bottle nose dolphins, upwards of 3000, were spotted in Monterey Bay. Nursery pods, amazing. We’d see them off the coast from Maryland but only a few, in the summer.

I saw the news report about that on the news too, I guess somebody sent a drone up and made this video of them. Amazing!

Thanks for posting, I love dolphins. Years ago on small oil company ships I'd go to the bow and yell when dolphins were swimming and jumping near the bow. They respond by rolling onto their sides so they can see you. They even vocalize sometimes. They are definitely aware when people are trying to interact.

You mean you want a hydrofoil but I'll play and say I'm sorry but it is illegal to own a dolphin. I want one too. I have never seen a hydrofoil, pretty cool looking.
