I thought I was the only one here that liked them!
Look up their cover of "Sad but true!"
What would the world look like if they had teamed up with the Vikings?

I have @Frodo to thank for introducing me to The Hu. I then introduced my friends and family and we are all fans.

I'm not usually a big fan of country songs, but I like this one and I like the bass singing.

Another song (since he mentioned Shenandoah in the previous one)

Don't much care for the songs. But the dude has an amazing voice

I kind of like this:

IDK what to call this, but it's better than the original.

@Backpacker, he really has impressive range. He's in a group called Voiceplay. My friend's baby loves the guy's voice. Anytime he gets upset they put on some of his songs and the baby stops crying and stares at the TV. I discovered it when he was crying and I put on Melekalekemaka. Kid still loves that one. Also loves the version of 16 Tons. Those two country ones are not my favorites either.

I've been a fan of bass singers since Bowser from Sha Na Na.

This is an older one from the group but I like it.
Tennessee Whiskey | Chris Stapleton A Cappella | VoicePlay PartWork S02 Ep03

Only showing part of this clip (starting at a certain point) to when the bass singer goes high and then very low. He's known for hitting subharmonic notes and the last one he puts out is super low.
OOGIE BOOGIE'S SONG | The Nightmare Before Christmas | VoicePlay A Cappella Cover

His range is incredible to be able to hit those really low notes.
16 Tons is awesome. I'll check those others out

Backpacker, I've always liked 16 Tons. We used to sing it on long car trips along with several other songs.

Sparky, Tim Foust is the one who taught Geoff how to hit the subharmonic notes. Their bands competed on a sing-off type show years ago. Home Free won. Mom loves Home Free and Tim Foust is her favorite. His Misty Mountains Cold with Peter Hollins is awesome.

The Man of Constant Sorrow is really good.

Geoff Castellucci put out a new song from Game of Thrones. I never watched so I have no idea what the original song sounded like.

Great band I've saw half a dozen times over the years. The video was shot at a Harley Shop venue earlier this year. I didn't know they were there or I woulda went.
