Ok aparently warm weather in my world and @ Pearls are pretty different, I thought today a minus 10 c was warm for this time of year,

Early this morning it was raining pretty hard, got up at just after sunrise and it was snowing with about 2" on the ground, now at close to 4 PM it's in the mid 30's and the weather is between snowing and rain. We're grateful to get the rain and snow, it's really made a difference on our spring outflow, what a blessing as it has been a bit scary to see the overflow down to a drip, in the past, at this time of year, the spring overflow has always been a heavy amount. Having snow down in the lower elevations doesn't make me happy to deal with, I really hate driving in it but the truth is, it's a gift from God and I remind myself to appreciate what it does for the coming years' water supply.

Mild, temps in the 70's, will continue until the next cold front.
Highs near 80 every day thru Wednesday for us!
My kind of winter!
Give me more global-warming Mr. Gore!
I'm lovin' it!:woo hoo:

Minus 28C here this morning, probably cooler in my house(55- 60f) than outside for a lot of you southern folks,i slept in and the sove was just a few coals this morning. not complaining, I choose to live here. And lots of white

70 yesterday, 59 today sunny and windy bringing in snow tonight and early tomorrow morning then a snow/rain mix tomorrow and then all rain.
Supposed to rain every day for the week coming. Temps in the low 40's to the mid 50's.

We need the rain. It hasn't rained in about 2 months now

We're getting tons of snow, it started yesterday around 4:00 PM, just before going over to our west side neighbors for a Christmas dinner, it was a celebration dinner for her husband that just died the evening of the 17th, as I've mentioned before, our neighbors are more like family than our own families, sad to loose him but he was suffering from bone cancer that started with prostate cancer. I called him the captain of the ship, he was looked up to by his grandchildren and up to 15 foster children, he had been in a coma and so when he died he was no longer in pain. Anyway, as of nearly 4:00 PM we probably have around 14" of snow and it's falling pretty heavy, this is the snow we've been praying for, very good for replacing the water tables and renewing spring flows, thank God.
