My phone rang (the one that never rings) this morning 2hrs before wake-up time.
Opened it up, and it was the EWS (emergency warning system).
The message was in Spanish, of course.😖
While I was trying to decode it, it rang again.
So naturally, I closed it and opened it, to answer it... deleting the English version as well as the Spanish one.gaah
Since they aren't text messages, nothing is saved.:(
DW said: "it's just a flash-flood warning", so I went back to sleep.
We got 2.36" of rain in less than 2 hours.

Had to break out my toboggan! 🥶
All the rest of the week though Monday, low in the mid-60's.

It was PATCHOULI!!
Sorry, not sorry. We have to make room for warmer temps! My first Thanksgiving in Texas it was about 80 degrees. Trying for that!!
When we left Maryland I gave our toboggans away. 😭

THIS IS "NORMAL" Winter Reality.....

Snowing and blowing. The weather "expert" said to expect up to 3 feet of snow over the next couple of days. I call BS on that prediction. Maybe a foot or so.
It's a wonderful day to work outside digging in frozen gravel.

66* and overcast here now ... high of 77* ... rain from 6pm to 1am.

Come Wednesday, the lows are going to go into the 40's, highs in the 60's ... cooler for the foreseeable future.
