We lived outside of Palmer for a number of years. I never knew they had a museum there.

At 6pm temp = 50F, bright, sunny, light west breeze.. Forecast for the weekend is high 40sF and VERY strong west wind...

Open water on both rivers here.. LOTS of water on top of the ice on most run off ponds.. There must be a million or more mallard ducks back now.. Hope the poor devils find enough food before grass starts to green up.. The whitetail deer on the Federal Cartridge property are out grazing late.. Sure sign of a weather change coming...

Cooler today but still made it up to 72 this afternoon when the sun came out. Down to 40f tonight... It's that time of year, some nights I need a little heat, some days I need to run the air conditioner. Even though spring is around the corner I usually get my last frost on the 1st of Apr. Still gonna have some chilly nights in the weeks to come.

You hear that?
The sound of silence?
I do. For the last 3 days, heat not running, A/C not running! :D
Could my 'magic-month' be coming?:dancing:
DW likes the temp in the house lower at night, and she gets her wish these days.😍
On topic: Temps are perfect down here to make that happen lately.
That is something I never experience. It's either the heat or the A/C.

It was 25 this morning. Another bright sunny day here today. Yesterday got up to 38 degs. A few more days like this and we might be able to drive out next week.
