The homeless woman says, “ They should interview is first and then give us housing. It would take most of us off the street.”

Seeee all ya have to do is just give housing and the problem would be solved ( sarcasm)

Looks like they are going from “compassionate” to complaining. Funny how people see the other augments side of things when it hits home for them.
