Made a tamale casserole with real tamales and refried beans. Very good!

Last night in the old compound. Decided to go grab some tater tots and a sloppy joe from under the heat lamp the closest gas station. Nothing says celebration like gas station food. Will likely pick up a soda too, just not sure which one yet. Feeling like a Fanta or a Crush.

Not sure yet. The wife just shoved a handful of hamburger in my face and asked me what I wanted to do with it. So maybe I'll grill some burgers or make Sloppy Joe's. Tuff choice.
Either a ham sandwich or pizza. Exhausted tonight, don't have the energy to cook dinner.
Alexandra made my favorite this evening, roast beef mashed potatoes and gravy.

Yeah, so I fixed a pasta dish with low fat ground beef, mushrooms, peppers and basil tomato sauce.

I haven't started my new life of menu planning, grocery shopping and cooking for three. So tonight I am going to order in some Chinese food.

Passed by the meat case in Kroger yesterday ... saw bacon wrapped, sausage & cheese filled jalapenos. Picked up 4 to try.
Just baked them. Very good, but oh so spicy!!! They were small, so I need something else to eat ... probably left over tuna salad and toast.

Chicken salad and macaroni salad
Level 4 (out of 5) spicy Hunan Chicken with white rice. It was a little spicier than I expected, but tasty.
Went to Penny's Diner and had the 3 egg scramble breakfast (at 7pm of course). 3 eggs scrambled with bacon, ham, and sausage in it, drizzled with melted cheese, with hash browns and wheat toast.

two vegetable spring rolls (I think they were FRIED)
Miso soup with lots of seaweed in it and little tiny bits of tofu and spring onions

Chili, corn on the cob, honey wheat bread, and fruit
Tonight is date night so we are going out. I spaced that off and told the daughter I would cook, so I am making her a batch of Cajun dry rub wings with finger veggies and dip before we head out.

For lunch I'm heating up a can of macaroni and cheese, and grilling a couple hot dogs.
Picked up a plate of smoked wings from a place in town. Will add a salad and have some pie.
Pork chops and left over macaroni salad (she made a bunch the other day)
