Extra tired tonight so I fixed hotdogs, quick and simple.

Italian chicken, garlic potatoes, green beans, fruit, and bread

I am making a loaded 'baked potato' soup with Idaho russets, fried pork belly, peppered bacon, yellow onion, green onion, celery and sharp cheddar. I have a 7up Zero in the ice box.

I am attempting to make homemade chicken noo noo (noodle) soup with a store bought chicken. Yuck! I guess I am spoiled.

I simmered the chicken with veggies for stock yesterday. The meat was mush when I picked the bones today and it practically dissolved when put back in the stock. Insipid flavour.

Free range yard bird beats the heck out of store bought mushy, tasteless chicken.

Anyways, chicken noo noo soup and corn bread tonight.

We have leftover chicken from last night, and a bit of homemade bread. Adding to it...cauliflower and cheese sauce, tortellini and marinara sauce.
