Candlelight dinner for two! I am making mini-beef wellington, garlic-butter sauteed asparagus, and wild mushroom risotto. I purchased 2 chilled panna cotta with white chocolate shavings and blackberry compote and a bottle of 2019 Booker Vertigo red wine.
Love it! I make beef wellington at least once a fall/winter. Great dish!

Perogies and a salad tonight ..I was hungry!

Jake and I got up and headed into Branson this morning for breakfast. It was terribly busy in town this morning, every restaurant we stopped at had an hour and a half wait. We headed on down to the Arkansas line to a little restaurant down there and was able to get in. Jake had the chicken steak and eggs I had bacon pancakes and eggs.
Alex made chicken and noodles just like I love them this evening with super thick cut homemade noodles.
