Nothing... I am having nothing for dinner. It's my birthday today and I got absolutely mobbed with requests to go eat. I cannot eat 5 lunches in a day... one lunch and then ice cream later was the very best I could do and I still feel like I ate too much. 😆😆😆 Please no more food.
We have the same birthday!

Chicken breast pizza with peppers and onions on Lavash flatbread with low fat cheese. As of this morning I’ve lost 17 lbs. I would be happy if I can loose another 17 but with Christmas and a vacation coming up it could take a little longer than I was planning.

It will happen!!

I had a ribeye I bought several days ago which needed to be cooked. But the wife didn't want steaks. So I made her a chicken strip salad (air fryer for the chicken) and snarfed down the ribeye and corn myself.

I didn't want to be doing two separate major areas for cooking - one inside and one outside (on the grill) - so I cooked my steak inside in a cast iron skillet. It browned and seared up just fine. The taste was not quite as good as when cooked on a wood pellet grill, but not bad. But greasy?! Man, that was almost as bad as bacon splattering all over the cooktop. And I even used a lid on my skillet. A bit of smoke too. Really, more than "a bit". But that's what stovetop overhead fans are for. I purposely got the skillet up to 450° before throwing the steak in so I could get a good sear (also salted and dried the steak well before throwing it in so it would sear and not steam). I guess 450° must be above the smoke point for ribeye steak fat. Live and learn. I almost exclusively use avocado oil for cooking (not flavoring, since avocado oil has no taste) and that oil has such a high smoke point that heating things to 450° wouldn't raise an eyebrow.
