Burritos tonight! Will do all the cutting and chopping (peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc.) this afternoon. Saves a lot of work later! Beans have been going in the crockpot, will make a batch of refried beans and grate cheese this afternoon. Good burritos sure are time consuming to make!!

Yesterday we had cheese tortellini with red sauce and garlic toast

Today is ham and bean soup with rivels (Pa Dutch egg dumplings)

Tomorrow is baked pork chops and roasted vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions and peppers)
WOW ... got it all planned out days in advance, huh?

I always make that decision the night before or the morning of.

I was too hungry ..so I ate my *dinner* LOL

Thanks for the report! I like to cook, but it's nice to have something good as a backup in the freezer! Especially when summer is here, and for extra busy days!!
