What "FOAM" do professionals use when cleaning "EARS"......???

I have my ears cleaned roughly once a year on average. The last roughly 5 or 6 years they use a white foam (kind'a like edge shaving cream) and warm water. Anyone know what the white foam is.....???

I’ve got a Shop-Vac you can borrow.

I used to clean Dad’s ears with an ear bulb syringe. I used comfortably warm water and I’d lay a towel under his ear to catch the fluid.
