For the military types that need worry about the world, most reliable is

For those concerned about pandemic outbreaks, the watch site at CDC:
http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/notices
Typically CDC will follow World Health Organization data on traveling to locations, also great site to see for travel data if your going overseas on vacation, will give vaccination requirements, etc. Also has data on last cruise ship disease outbreak.
Free courses on WMD terrorism (must register first, not sure how it is with non-U.S. citizens) from Texas A&M:

U.S. Army field manuals...don't know how long these will be available, so might want to download PDF version and keep them.

USAMRID website has some good training, but you need to send your medical license, nursing, EMT certifications to see if you can register, but their training is very good, online and some of the best up to date stuff out there when talking to about WMD and NBC stuff, just know all the services follow their lead, also if your concerned about big brother watching or the conspiracy theory stuff, then don't think about talking to them, they will do a background check on you and your IP address will have to get a certificate...last time I took a remote course.
Possibly the better retailers when you want the coolest and current first responder/warrior meds. Typically, I check around first, but when I can't find it, I order from these guys, just know its a bit expensive, but the quality, reliability and customer service (to include returns if its defective is the best, I've seen, also, they typically if you get a defective one, the customer service will mail one Express).

I've got a few more, but these should do those that are just starting out or haven't book marked it.
