I've got another steak and some chicken breasts ready for the grill later!! Taking advantage of this nice weather!!
Smothered steak,rice,green beans, and cauliflower.

Husband just wants plain lean meat and cooked veg, and I have that made up already in the fridge. So maybe little granddaughter and I might have grilled cheese and veg or fruit, not sure.
I made a split pea soup with a ham hock that had tons of meat on it. Hubby said it’s the best split pea soup he’s ever had and had another bowl just a bit ago

Pork chops, green salad with tomato, cheese, bacon and shrimp.
Homemade egg noodles and stroganoff.

Thanks, I definitely dropped off the radar lately!
I intended to eat light tonight. Green salad, baked potato and Gorton’s Beer battered Cod. The instructions said preheat oven to 425. Bake for 17-19 minutes. Flip after 10 minutes. The ambulance just left.

Pork loin on the bbq rotisserie and loaded baked potatoes. Only without bacon.
Pan fried polenta with a bolognese sauce and a green salad. Made the polenta from home grown corn that we ground last week. I seem to be failing at the whole calorie reduction goal …
HUBBY IS BRINGING HOME PIZZA!! Any minute now!!
Picked up an order of ribs from the place down the road, added a salad when I got home.
No dinner, just picking on things in the fridge.
Tomorrow I make my favorite dish/recipe: Porcini and Rosemary Crusted Beef Tenderloin. Will have Asparagus and mashed potatoes on the side. Everything got prepped today, so it's strictly cooking tomorrow.
But the pups are feasting ... I made their regular food, and added some chicken, ground beef, and Dr. Martys.

I made Pasta and chorizo soup for last night as people were out/away/busy. Today is the last day with American visitors, so I'm making a roast beef with all the extras, and a trifle.

Roast beef nachos tonight...a superbowl tradition, even tho I don't watch it. Ha.

Fixed chili. Corn chips, grated cheese.
I will have the last of my shrimp stir fry and DH will have the last of the spaghetti. Guess I will have to cook tomorrow. LOL
I keep posting in the old "what's for dinner" thread...oops! Last night was chicken strips and salads. I was going to make chicken breasts with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans and biscuits. Hubby wanted salad and chicken strips, so I cut the breasts into strips and breaded them. So I'll fix the leftover strips with mashed potatoes and all the fixings tonight!
