High school here had a football game 3 weeks ago. So far 30 cases tied to that event here.
My daughter is in the band. Her Senior year. I told her no more band practice or football games.
Thankfully she understood and agreed.

We are all better at our house. Worst pandemic ever.

If this is all it is for people my age, I understand why people are so mad we shut down the economy.

Most of the deaths are ill, elderly, nursing home people. I truly believe that the ac/heating units cause a lot of the spread. I made sure I immediately turned off any ventilation. Hopefully, mom will stay safe.

Protect the vulnerable and let the rest of the country go back to work.

Mixing a Basic Dose of MMS1
Various protocols are discussed in this book. These use varying numbers of drops depending on several factors. Here we will only discuss the basic concept of mixing.

Step 1
Always use an empty, clean, dry, drinking glass.

Tilt the glass slightly sideways and drop your drops of MMS so they go to the corner of the bottom part of the glass. Always hold the dropper bottle or pipette (eye dropper) straight up and down when dropping drops.

If using a 50% solution of citric acid or 4% solution of HCl, add the same amount of activator on top of the MMS drops. (For each drop of MMS add 1 drop of acid.)

Step 2
Swirl the drops a little as you count to 30 seconds; in this amount of time the mixture should turn amber in color.

Step 3
Then add 1/2 cup (4 ounces/120 ml) of drinking water or juice or other liquid as per the instructions on pages 41-45.

Drink your dose while fresh, in less than one minute.

You can also buy MMS/CDS preactivated. Just add drops to the 4oz of destilled water.

We are seeing the panic buying in Germany again. The TP is all sold out.
In Hungary they have stiffened the controls in the stores and such on wearing masks.
You cannot go into ANY business without a mask and 99% are wearing them.
We still can walk around without in Hungary but as soon as we see more people, we put ours on anyway.
Went for a walk along the Donau and enjoyed the turning colors of the leaves and found some firewood from fallen trees. Nice day.

Husband says he not well. He doesn't have bad symptoms, but he never exercises, is fat and drinks like a fish. Maybe this will make him change his life style.

My husband and daughter are positive. She was here Sunday and tested on Monday. I'm guessing she got it someplace else. Like the bar she went to Saturday night. His cam from contact last Tuesday.

MMS, Zink; avoidance of unknown persons, Masks everywhere outside the house, washing our hands about 12 times a day, disinfecting after shopping, shopping lots at a time to cut down on how often the shopping needs to be done, NO party, NO restaurants.

Nothing except the zinc and vitamin C because we don't have symptoms to treat. If this is all there is, I'm happy to get it over before the holidays.

We're both fit as a fiddle so we're just taking Vitamin D3, C, a multivitamin, omega3 fish oil and keeping regular sleep patterns to keep our immune systems strong. At the first sign of any symptoms, we will begin zinc, and hydroxychloroquine. Got some out of country at the recommendation of a dear friend in Panama whose father was a doctor and who had also personally become familiar with the French research on HCQ's effectiveness for COVID. Got it months before the U.S. made it so difficult to get an HCQ prescription, since we're in the high-risk age group. We will also, upon first symptoms, immediately contact our doc for either some azithromycin or doxycycline to complement the HCQ and zinc.

Beautiful cool 60 degree day today on top of the Plateau. Voted this morning (Trump) at the local elementary school. 2 people in front of me. They were handing out a bag at the door with a mask, ink pen, gloves, an "I voted " sticker and a Qtip. My husband and I have no idea what the hell the Qtip was for ????? Hand sanitizer at the exit door with a trash can for the gloves.

Topped up the gas in the vehicle, swung by the grocer and picked up fresh fruit and dairy, swung by the feed store and topped up on chicken feed and dog food. Came home, pulled in and locked the gate behind me.

Steak and baked potatoes for dinner and a bottle of muscadine wine.

Now for the wait. All of my friends out there stay safe and alert.

You can still get hydroxychloroquine from Canadian Pharmacy online but it takes about a month to get it!!! I got a supply!!

One thing you may want to consider is having your HVAC technician install a UV light sterilizaton cleaner in your duct work, It sure helps with pollen issues too!!!
