Antelope is delicious! They are tricky during hunting season. Other times if the year, they will stand in the road and taunt you.

I LOVE my Texas roots and pulled pork is a must. With BBQ sauce on a sandwich or even baked potatoe. But I would put that on a sauteed corn tortillia with Oaxaca shreds along with guacamole and pico in a heart beat.

Heck I'm only 30 hours or 2000 miles away, wingnuts desert would only be 1500 miles away Anybody want to come see Yellowstone park? A good pig roast is a thing of gastronomical beauty.

I love Yellowstone and have been there 3 times. One thing we could do, which I have done every time I've been there, is to watch how ignorant people are about wild animals. Yellowstone is no petting zoo!

At pork and a really weird scalloped tater
