If one did some research they would probably find that a lot of the best human baby producer are ion somekind of government subsidy, and these kids learn that system. lots of kids, not that many with any kind of self responsibility or work ethic, so maybe less is more.

my grandmother there was 15 of them
my grandaddy..her husband..there were 9 boys

other side of family had several as well...i am kin to half the county...i gotta watch who i date to be honest....lol

my amish buddy who moved away had 12 kids and was a younger fellow....might have more now.

A lot of people around here have 3 - 5 kids or more. It's common. And many home school too.
