Hey, after all it is the desert! 🤣

What is a "hottel"?
Good question. Check out the other signs:
  • What is the LMWCGLM building?
  • The Neggul El Last Club?
  • Are those Chinese characters over the Rancho Club Club?
I wonder if that is an AI generated image, with non-sensical signs. We are at the point when a photo is proof of nothing. But, eventually, AI will figure out how to not put non-sense in the photos it generates. Not good.

Likely it was dodging copyright laws.

Either dodging copyright, or someone asked AI to whip up what it thought would pass for a pic of LV back then. Everything about that image screams AI to me.

Illuminated tires developed by Goodyear in 1961 but were never mass produced.

In the early 1960s, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company experimented with illuminated tires, a concept that seemed revolutionary at the time. The project, led by chemist William Larson and engineer Anthony Finelli, aimed to create a tubeless, cordless tire with a translucent material called Neothane. This innovative compound allowed for the dyeing of tires in various colors.

Engineers fitted the tires with 18 light bulbs wired into the center of the wheel, creating an electroluminescent-like glow on the ground and in the car’s wheel wells.
