Two quarts+ tomato juice.
one head of coarsely chopped cabbage.
one chopped red onion.
one cup of diced celery.
One clove of garlic.
two cubed red potatoes.
two + hot peppers.
two cups of pre-cooked pinto beans. (Or red beans, but I have an allergy.)
Combine and simmer until done and keep it on the stove like pot liquor. season to taste and have it for every meal for two weeks. If you can do it a month people will think you vacationed in Laos!
